- Oct. 23, 1918 in Avilton he was the son of the late Ernest Quentin and Maggie Sarah (Llewellyn) Michael. He was retired from the Ha-joca Corporation where he was a sales clerk, and was a member of the Teamsters Union 501 and of the Methodist faith. Survivors include his wife, Hortense Peggy Michael; one son, Ronald Wendell Michael, Hyndman, Pa.; one daughter, Diana Lee Frankfort, LaVale; two brothers, David Michael, Takoma Park; Charles Michael, Waterview, Va.; two sisters, Wilda Minick, Avilton; Mary Wampler, Vale Summit; three grandsons, Ronnie Wayne Michael; Troy Darin Michael and Eric Allen Michael; three granddaughters, Shanda Janell Frankfort; Angela Dawn Frankfort and Anita Marie Frankfort; one great-granddaughter and one great-grandson. Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home on Virginia Avenue. Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1:30 by the Rev. Michael Leedom. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Wayne Michaels, Troy Darin Michaels, Edgar McKenzie, James Fuller, Jerry Phillips and Gerald Phillips.
