  Notes	FROSTBURG — Charles S. Harvey, 73, of Shaft, was pronounced dead on arrival today at Miners Hospital. Mr. Harvey was born at Midlothian, a son of the late Robert and Mary (Gibson) Harvey. Until recently active as a farmer, he was treasurer of the Allegany County Soil Conservation District, past president of the Allegany County Farm Bureau, director of the Agriculture-Stabilization and Conservation Service and a director of the Allegany and Garrett Farm Home and Loan Service. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Maggie (McKenzie) Harvey; five sons, Willard Harvey, Shaft; Glenn Harvey, Lanham; Denver Harvey, Frederick; Leland Harvey, Simpsonville and Dale Harvey, at home; one sister, Mrs. Mary Layman, Baltimore; and five grandchildren. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received from 7 until 9 p.m. today and from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p. m. tomorrow. March 23, 1966, Cumberland Evening Times
