    Timothy Thomas 'Tim' McKenzie, 63, of Westminster, passed away on Friday, Aug. 27, 2021 at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Born Oct. 24, 1957, in Toledo, Ohio, he was the son of the late William Paul and Anne Victorine (Burns) McKenzie. He was the loving companion of Janetta Jayman, of Westminster. Tim was a product designer and was employed at Black & Decker, Willett, and then Apex Tool Group. During his career, he received 17 patents for his ideas. He was known for his generosity, giving to others in need. He enjoyed traveling, fishing and hunting and was of the Catholic faith. Surviving in addition to his companion are daughters, Jenica and Courtney McKenzie; Janetta's sons, John and Joseph Jayman; sister, Bonnie McKenzie; brother and sister-in-law, William Jr. 'Spike' and Rosemary McKenzie; nieces, Becky Clark and Felicia McKenzie; nephews, Kevin and Andrew McKenzie. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by brother, Joseph McKenzie; and nephew, Michael McKenzie. The family will welcome friends on Friday, Sept. 3, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster.     CUMBERLAND — William P. McKenzie, 73, of Potomac Park, Cumberland, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 1996 at Memorial Hospital. Born Oct. 24, 1922 in Cumberland, he was a son of the late Joseph A. and Cecilia (Whitacre) McKenzie. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond V. McKenzie and Leonard A. McKenzie Sr.; two sisters, Adeline Barham and Regina Young. Mr. McKenzie was a former employee of the Western Maryland Railroad and was a retired machinist at the Kelly-Springfield Tire Company. He was a U.S. Army Air Force veteran of World War II, a life member of Fort Washington Chapter 2, Disabled American Veterans and a life member of Farrady Post #24 American Legion, Frostburg. Surviving are one daughter, Bonnie A. McKenzie, Cumberland; three sons, William P. “Spike” McKenzie Jr. and wife Rosemary, Manchester, Md., Joseph J. McKenzie and wife Diane, Cumberland, and Timothy T. Born on Oct. 18, 1927, in Johnstown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Steven and Grace Burns. She was also preceded in death by two sisters; one brother; and one grandson. Mrs. McKenzie was a homemaker. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, and Eucharistic Minister, on the Parish Council and a board director at Friends Aware. Surviving are three sons, William P. McKenzie and wife Rosemary, Baltimore, Joseph McKenzie, Cumberland, and Timothy McKenzie, Baltimore; one daughter, Bonnie Anne McKenzie, at home; one sister, Mary Grace, Avon Lake, Ohio; and six grandchildren.     Obit: Joseph A. McKenzie, 82, died yesterday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Ida Reitmeier, 208 Columbia Street. Born in Cumberland, he was a son of the late Enoch and Mary (Adkins) McKenzie. His wife, Cecelia (Whitacre) McKenzie, preceded him in death. Mr. McKenzie was a retired B&O Railroad brakeman, a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, Men of LaVale, and St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Besides his sister, he is survived by a son, William P. McKenzie, Potomac Park; two daughters, Mrs. Regina Young and Mrs. Adeline Barham, city; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. The body is at the Stein Funeral Home where friends will be received from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p. m. Requiem mass will be celebrated Friday at 9 a. m. at St Patrick's Church and interment will follow in the church cemetery. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home tomorrow at 8:45 p. m.
