Zion Methodist Church, Long Stretch, Garrett County. Rev. Emory McGraw will officiate and interment will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Minnie Viola (Robeson) Crowe, 71, wife of Isaac Walter Crowe, LaVale, died last night in Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient since Sunday. A native of Avilton, Garrett county, Mrs. Crowe was a daughter of the late Jesse I. and Elmira Wilhelm Robinson. She was a member of Cherry Grove Brethren church, Avilton. Surviving besides her husband are three sons, Wilmer D. Crowe, at home; Earl S. Crowe, LaVale; Hilleary Michaels, Detroit, Mich.; five daughters, Mrs. Leda Krausz, Cumberland; Mrs. May Biller, Cumberland; Mrs. Pearl Brooks, St. Leonards, Md.; Mrs. Jessie Evans, LaVale; Miss Datha P. Crowe, at home; one brother, George Robinson, Cumberland; three sisters, Mrs. Burman Lancaster, Finzel; Mrs. Cora Broadwater, Baltimore pike; Mrs. Pearl Groves, Grostburg; 12 grandchildren, including Pvt. Bradford I. Whetstone, Los Angeles, Calif., whom she reared, and two great-grandchildren. The body is at the Hafer Funeral Home. The Cumberland Evening Times, August 19, 1943
