    CORRIGANVILLE - Anna K. Lowery, 72, died Monday, April 22, 1991 at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland. She was born Nov. 19, 1918 at Ford’s Mill, Pa., daughter of the late George W. and Goldie S. (Lowery) Shroyer. Two brothers and one sister also preceded her in death. Mrs. Lowery was a member of the Ellerslie United Methodist Church, where she had been a Sunday school teacher for many years and held numerous offices in the church. She was a member of the church choir, the Ellerslie United Methodist Women, the Light Bearers Class, and Church Women United of the Greater Cumberland area. Surviving are her husband, George J. Lowery; one son, George M. Lowery, Hyndman, Pa.; one daughter, Faye Ann Riggs, Massillon, Ohio; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Noah E. Shroyer, LaVale; John D. Shroyer, Akron, Ohio; Gerald E. Shroyer, Jacksonville, N.C.; two sisters, Marjorie W. Handschumaker, Hyattsville; Betty J. Beal, Ellerslie. Friends will be received Wednesday and Thursday at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman. Services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at the Ellerslie United Methodist Church by the Rev.     ELLERSLIE - Mrs. Sarah Goldie Shroyer, 78, died yesterday. Born Jan. 20, 1902, at Hyndman, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Noah Lowery and Annie (Clites) Lowery. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Shroyer. She was a member of Ellerslie United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Church Women. Surviving are three sons, Noah E . Shroyer, LaVale; John B. Shroyer, Akron, Ohio; Gerald E. Shroyer, here; three daughters, Mrs. Anna K. Lowery, Corriganville; Mrs Marjorie Handschmucher, Hyattsville, Mrs. Betty Jane Beal, here; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, Pa. A service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Ellerslie United Methodist Church. The Rev. Dennis E.     Annie Matilda Lowery, 65, widow of the late Noah Lowery, of Bedford county, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Goldie Sarah Shroycr, Corrigansville. A native of Bedford county, where she lived her entire life, Mrs. Lowery was the daughter of the late Daniel and Sarah Porter Clites. She was a member of Cook's Mill Methodist church. Besides Mrs. Shroyer, the following children survive: Harvey G., Alvin E. and Virgil D. Lowery, all of Hyndman R D. 1, and Orville L. Lowery, of Ellerslie. Other survivors include three brothers, William H. Clites, Corriganville; Albert R. Clites, Hyndman, and Roy C. Clites, Altoona, and one sister, Mrs. Mina R. Bonn, Hyndman, R.D. 1. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon from Cook's Mill chapel, with the Rev. Owens, assisted by the Rev. W. T. Kemp, of Ellerslie, officiating. Interment was in Porter's cemetery.
