    GILMORE — Mildred Ann Jacobs, 87, of Buskirk Hollow Road, Gilmore, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland. Born April 29, 1924, in Barrelville, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert Emerick and Lillian (Loar) Emerick. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Everett Lewis Llewellyn and E. Vincent Jacobs; two daughters, Diana Bowman and Corrina J. Stott; three brothers; and four sisters. Mildred was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Midland. She enjoyed helping with bingo at St. Joseph’s Hall, Midland Volunteer Fire Company and Shaft Volunteer Fire Company. She also took part in the games and played bingo at various locations in the area. Her hobbies also including visiting casinos. She loved her time spent there. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Ann Crowe and husband Albert of Frostburg, Lorraine Guthrie and husband George of Rawlings, Janet Royer and husband Larry of Ohio, and Tammy Wilkinson and husband John of Westernport; 17 grandchildren, Albert Crowe Jr., Kimberly Dixon, Julie Crowe, Sherry Kyle, Denise Troutman, Shane Sloan, Jonnille Morrissey, Michele McGowan, Steffanee Friend, Vicki Wharton, George Guthrie Jr., Dawn Etta Groves, Chad Wilkinson, Christie Dodrill, Tammy Haines, Theodore Stott and Richard Stott Jr.; many great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Genevieve Pancho of Illinois, and Vivian Owl of Florida; numerous nieces and nep-hews; and the Jacobs’ family stepchildren. Family and friends will be received at the Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home, P.A., Midland, on Saturday, May 21, 2011, from noon to 3 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the funeral home immediately following at 3 p.m. with Deacon Willard F. Passauer II as celebrant. Interment will be held at Frostburg Memorial Park, Frostburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association at PO Box 2680, North Canton, OH 44720 in honor of Mildred's family members who have suffered and who have lost their lives to this disease. Memorial donations may also be made to the Midland Volunteer Fire Company at PO Box 53, Midland, MD 21542. Memorial envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Travis Kyle, Shane Sloan, Chad Wilkinson, Albert Crowe Jr., George Guthrie Jr., Roy Troutman III, Ben Dixon and Zach Troutman. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Khanna, Dr. Mahal, Dr. Zuman and the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center emergency room and 5th floor staff for the excellent care provided to Mildred.
