LONACONING — William F. Winn, 71, of Ecorse, Mich., died there yesterday. A native of here, he was a son of the late Thomas P. and Elizabeth (Lyden) Winn. Surviving are his widow, Blanche (Crowe) Winn; a son, John F. Winn, Frostburg; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Thoerig, Akron, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Francis Harvey, Bowling Green; two brothers, Thomas Winn, Allen Park, Mich., and Joseph Winn, Keyser.
