    FROSTBURG - Norman E. Winebrenner, 50, of 61 Broadway, Frostburg, died Monday, Sept. 13, 1993 at Frostburg Hospital. Born on Aug. 29, 1943 in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Manuel and Ethel (Gomer) Winebrenner. Mr. Winebrenner was employed by Frostburg State University in the Maintenance Department. He was an avid bowler at Sherwood Lanes and The Bowler. Surviving are one daughter, Wendy Miller, Lonaconing; two sisters, Kathleen Gabel, Sioux Falls, S.D.; Catherine Resh, Clearville, Pa.; one granddaughter, Cortney Renee Miller, Lonaconing; a special friend, Joyce Wilson, Gilmore; his ex-wife, Janice (Shriver) Winebrenner and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:30 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The Cumberland Evening Times, September 14, 1993
