    FROSTBURG — Marshall H. Klosterman, 31, of 113 East Main Street, died yesterday in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, where he was admitted about two weeks ago as a surgical patient. A veteran of World War II, Mr. Klosterman had been studying at the Allegany Trade School in Cumberland to become a machinist. His mother was the late Margaret (Lavin) Klosterman. He held membership in St. Michael's Catholic Church. Surviving are his father, John Klosterman; two brothers, Daniel Klosterman, Frostburg, and Leo Klosterman, Piedmont, W. Va.; and seven sisters, Mrs. Angela Dundon, Baltimore, and Mrs. Mary Binnix, Mrs. Agnes Festerman, Mrs. Virginia Houst, Mrs. Nellie Plummer, and Misses Eloise and Patricia Klosterman, at home. A requiem mass will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 a. m. in St. Michael's Church. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. The Cumberland Evening Times, April 26, 1951

    FROSTBURG - John S. Klosterman, 70, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. William Festerman Jr., 89 Armstrong street. He was in failing health the past several years. A native of Eckhart, he was a son of the late Henry and Loretta (Zorns) Klosterman. His wife, Margaret (Lavin) Klosterman, preceded him in death. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Surviving are five other daughters, Mrs. William Dundon, Mrs. Harold Plummer, Mrs. Robert Jacobs, and Mrs. Lawrence Beal, all of Baltimore, and Mrs. Arthur Bond Jr., here; two sons, Daniel Klosterman, Baltimore, and Leo Klosterrnan, Keyser; a sister, Mrs. Mary L. McDonald, Cumberland; three brothers, Joseph and Henry Klosterman, Cumberland, and Bernard Klosterman, Red Hill; 31 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received from 7 until 9 p. m. today and from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p. m. tomorrow. Requiem mass will be celebrated Thursday at 9:30 a. m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church and burial will be in the parish cemetery. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home tomorrow at 8 p. m.     Frostburg, June 4 - A requiem mass for Mrs. Margaret (Lavin) Klosterman, 48, wife of John Klosterman, 12 Hill Street, who died Friday, was held yesterday in St. Michael's Catholic Church, with Rev. Patrick J. Bradley, pastor, as celebrant. Interment was in the church cemetery. Pall bearers were Michael Sullivan, John J. Rafferty, Clifford Walls, Richard Connelly, and William Festerman.     Mrs. Rebecca Lavin Has Large Funeral Frostburg, March 28 - Funeral services for Mrs. Rebecca Lavin, aged 70, found dead in bed at her home in Eckhart, last Sunday morning, by her son, William Lavin, were held from Saint Michael's Catholic Church Wednesday morning. Requiem high mass was celebrated by the Rev. Gerald J. Finan, assistant pastor, who also gave the funeral discourse. Mrs. Lavin had been ill for about two years following a paralytic stroke. The funeral was largely attended. Burial was in Saint Michael's Cemetery. The flower bearers were: Paul Niner, Joseph Condry, Michael Sullivan and Leroy Michaels. The pallbearers: Patrick O'Brien, Owen Price, Stephen Briner, Henry Michaels, James Condon and Joseph Pryor. The Cumberland Evening Times, March 28, 1929
