BOWMAN’S ADDITION - Lois Jean (Lark) McKenzie, 53, of Route 8, Box 313, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 1992 in Memorial Hospital. Born March 23, 1939, she was the daughter of the late David Franklin and Ruby Ellen (Lark) Heavner. Mrs. McKenize was a housewife and Catholic by faith. Survivors include her husband, Edward W. McKenzie Sr.; two sons, Edward W. McKenzie Jr., Keyser, W.Va.; Donald E. McKenzie, Cumberland; a daughter, Ellen J. Boyd, Cumberland; a sister, Mona Livengood, Cumberland; four grandchildren, Misty McKenzie, Christy McKenzie, Stephanie Boyd and Nathan William McKenzie. Friends will be received at the John J. Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, LaVale. Services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home by Father Robert F. Hopkins. Interment will be in Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery.
