Mrs. Mary Virginia Krnaya, 51, of Fairgo, died Friday in Sacred Heart Hospital. She had been a patient since January 19 and had been in failing health for five years. Born in Romney, she was a daughter of Isaac and Ethel (Grant) Parker. She was a member of the Cresaptown Methodist Church and of the A.E.L. Sisterhood of the church. Prior to her illness, she served as church organist and was a member of the choir. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, George Krnaya; one son, George Nickolas Krnaya, at home; one brother, Samuel Parker, Fairgo, and one sister, Mrs. James Kamauf, Cresaptown. The body is at the John J. Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, 1302 National Highway, LaVale, where friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted at the chapel tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. and interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park. Rev. William Balderson, pastor of Cresaptown Methodist Church, will officiate. Pallbearers will be Charles Cage, Harold Wagner, James Wiland, George Ellis, Gerald Clayton and James Mick. Isaac Clifford Parker, 86, of Fairgo, died yesterday at Lions Manor Nursing Home. He had been in failing health the past three years. A native of Romney, he was a son of the late Samuel B. and Mary (Biser) Parker. He was employed as caretaker at the Cumberland Fairgrounds for 36 years and was a member of the Brethren Church. Surviving and his widow, Ethel (Grant) Parker; a son, Samuel J. Parker, Fairgo; a daughter, Mrs. Vivian Kamauf, Cresaptown; a sister, Mrs. Clara Cunningham, Keyser; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The body is at the Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, LaVale, where friends will be received from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. A service will be conducted there Monday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Harold R. McClay Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Indian Mound Cemetery, Romney. The Cumberland News, July 8, 1972.

Mrs. Carrie Virginia Grant, 88, native of Cresaptown, died today at Sacred Heart Hospital. She resided in Fairgo with a daughter, Mrs. Isaac Parker. Mrs. Grant was a daughter of the late John and Harriet (Sigler) Winters. She was a member of the Cresaptown Assembly of God Church. She is survived by three other daughters, Mrs. Sanford Robinette, and Mrs. Chelsie Liller, both of Cresaptown, and Mrs. Lester Beck, Lebanon, Fa.; four sons, Leonard and Ray Grant, both of Lebanon, Pa.; Charles Grant, Cresaptown; and Marshall Grant, Brunswick; 40 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 20 great-great-grandchildren. The body will remain at the Hafer Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p. m., with Rev. Ira Moore, pastor of the Cresaptown Assembly of God Church, officiating. Interment will be in Eckhart Cemetery.
