Deed Book 11 Page 116, Frederick County Records. Indenture dated 16 April 1792 between Henry and Daniel McKinsey, executors, to Mary Jones, wife of Willaim Jones, for and in consideration of the trust established on 12 Nov 1785 between the executors and "Eli and Others" and 5 pounds, the executors transfer 93 acres of Molly's Fancy to Eli McKinsey. Joshua Earp (Harp), husband of Eleanor Mckenzie, one of daniel Sr.'s daughters also involved in the 1785 conveyance, served as a witness to the conveyance. Mary's name was spelled both Mary and Marah in the deed.
