  Notes	Ruby was the wife of Robert Lee Cooper. She served as president of Durant chapter 973 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy (UDC) for 25 years and was responsible for much of the chapter's progress toward its' objectives which included scholarships for young college students and securing "service crosses" for veterans and locating and marking graves of Confederate soldiers who were interred in the area around Durant.
