"Mary Agnes Hosler, 88, of Monticello, died at 12:20 p.m. May 17 at Cozy Haven Nursing Home where she had been since August, 1959."

"Requiem Mass was at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Bement, with Father Sylvester Jesiolowski officiating. Burial was in Monticello Cemetery."

"She was born on Dec. 21, 1872 in Fayette County, daughter of Lewis and Normanda McKenzie. She married William Hosler of Monticello June 27, 1894."

"Cecil Joseph Hosler, 49, prominent Milmine farmer and World War I veteran, died at 10 p.m. Saturday at Mercy hospital, Urbana of a heart ailment. He had been a patient in the hospital for the past 10 days."

"Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Bauman funeral home with Rev. Andrew J. Dzuryo, pastor of St. Philomenias' (sic) catholic church officiating. Burial was in the Cerro Gordo cemetery."

"Mr. Hosler was born March 22, 1897 in Monticello, a son of William and Mary Hosler. He attended the Piatt County schools and graduated from the Monticello high school with the class of 1916. He served in World War one (sic). He was united in marriage on Oct. 2, 1923 to Mary Willis of Monticello. Mr. Hosler has been engaged in farming for several years."

"FALL FROM CAR KILLS EX-MANSFIELD GIRL"

"Mrs. William Vaszily, 28, Chicago, former Mansfield resident, was killed instantly at 9:30 p.m. Sunday when she fell out of an auto driven by her husband on state road 2, two miles south of Mansfield."

"Mr. and Mrs. Vaszily had spent the weekend visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Hayes, near Galesville and had started home when the accident occured. In some unknown manner the car door came open and Mrs. Vaszily fell to the pavement. The body was removed to the House funeral home in Mansfield where an inquest was held at 2 p.m. Monday by acting coroner, S. E. Funk, Monticello."

"From the evidence presented, the jury found that death of Mrs. Vaszily was caused from an accidental fall from a moving vehicle. R. F. Parsons was foreman of the jury."

"Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. from the House funeral home with Monsignor C. J. Higgins of Champaign officiating. Burial was made in Mansfield cemetery."

"Mrs. Vaszily, the former Norma Hayes, was born Nov. 19. 1924, near Galesville, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Hayes, Mansfield. She graduated from Mansfield high school in 1942 and attended Champaign Business college."
