- FROSTBURG — Helene J. Dugan, 59, of 38 Centennial St., Frostburg, died Thursday, Sept.21, 1995, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born July 3, 1936, in Woodland, she was a daughter of the late Ronald Gray and Ursula (Yates) Gray. She was also preceded in death by one sister Dorothy Robertson; and one brother, Richard Gray. Mrs. Dugan was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Robert L. Dugan; two sons, Robert L. Dugan Jr. and wife Brenda, Frostburg; Ron Dugan, Frostburg; daughter-in-law, Diana Dugan, Frostburg; one brother, Charles Gray, Middletown; one granddaughter, Ashley Dugan, Frostburg; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m., and on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Sunday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. T. William Preston. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. Cumberland Times-News, September 22, 1995
