- Norman Arthur James, 60, of Corriganville, died yesterday in Miners Hospital, Frostburg. A native of Pennsylvania, he was employed as a brakeman by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. Mr. James was a member of the American Legion and the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. His only survivor is his widow, Mrs. Hazel (Winebrenner) James. The body is at the Stein Funeral Home where services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. Rev. S. R. Neel, retired Methodist minister, will officiate and interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park.
