  Notes	FROSTBURG — Lewis S. Coleman, 89, of 55 Broadway, died yesterday at Frostburg Community Hospital, where he had been admitted April 19. He had been in failing health 18.months. Born in Avilton, he was a son of the late Hiram S. and Jane (Broadwater) Coleman. His wife, Lela (Crowe) Coleman, preceded him in death. He was a life member of Frostburg Church of the Brethren. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John Durst, with whom he resided; two sons, Hubert Coleman, Ridgeley, and Ronald Coleman, Hagerstown; four brothers, Freeman, Calvin, Olin and Cecil Coleman, of California; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received from 7 until 9 p.m. today and from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. tomorrow. The Cumberland News, May 4, 1974
