  Notes	Note from Phyllis on November 2, 2012: I live in Baltimore. I moved from Frostburg in 1950 to Washington, DC. Then when my Mom and Dad moved to Baltimore because the coal mines shut down and my Dad needed a job, we moved over to Baltimore. We lived in Baltimore City until 1956 and then we moved to the suburbs and now live in Parkville in Baltimore County. I can't stand Baltimore City. In 1954 my Dad got transferred to Mt.Pocono, PA so he and my Mom moved up there until he retired. Then they moved back to Frostburg. We had two girls, and now have 4 grandkids and a great grandkid. (and thats the rest of the story) I still think of Frostburg as home. On September 5, 2016 PHYLLIS A. ROSLEY (nee Thomas) beloved wife of the late Raymond E. "Dutch" Rosley. Devoted mother of Sue A. Edelstein and husband Fred and Barbara L. Brazezicki and husband David. Loving grandfather of Charlie and Matthew Hendrichs, Joseph and Amanda Brazezicki and great-grandmother of Abigail Hendrichs.
