- FROSTBURG - Harold R. (Dick) Blank, 63, of 122 Pine Street, died Monday at his residence. Born in Eckhart, he was a son of Mrs. Annie (Logsdon) Blank, with whom he resided, and the late Raymond Blank. He was a member of Farrady Post 24, American Legion, and a veteran of World War II. Surviving besides his mother are a daughter, Mrs. Connie Sullivan, Huntingtown, Md.; a sister, Mrs. Virginia Plummer, Frostburg; a brother, Willard Blank, Catonsville; and a grandson. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted in the funeral home Wednesday at 1 p.m. by Dr. Merle Correll. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. Military rites will be accorded at graveside by American Legion Farrady Post 24. Pallbearers will be Stephen Sullivan, Robert Anderson, Manuel Diaz, Michael DeVore, Roy DeVore and Douglas Buckalew.
