  Notes	FROSTBURG - James Harvey Deal Jr., 60, of Meshach Frost Village, Frostburg, died Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2002, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born March 18, 1942, in Zihlman, he was the son of the late James H. Deal Sr., and Viola (Winebrenner) Deal, Frostburg. Mr. Deal was retired maintanence engineer with Bel Air Apartments, and he was a member of the Piney Mountain Sportsmans Club, and he attended the Frostburg Assembly of God Church, Frostburg. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 38 years, Grace (Shannon) Deal; three daughters, Suzzanne Poling and husband Beuford R., Corriganville, Lori Ann Johnson and husband Earl G. III, Hedgesville, W.Va., and Kimberly L. Rounds, Cumberland; six grandchildren, Willie J. Groves, James Admiral-Ray Poling, Samuel R. Rounds, Tyler L. Rounds, Taylor L. Rounds, and Garth David Poling; three brothers, David Deal and wife Mary, Manchester, Earnest Deal and wife Mary Ann, Chambersburg, Pa., and Harold Deal and wife Marsha, Gambrills; and one sister, Juanita Heavner and husband Lane, Inwood, W.Va. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the Frostburg Assembly of God, on Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Eddie Schaidt officiating. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be David Deal, Earnest Deal, Harold Deal, Russell Sperry, Steve Frankenberry, and Lane Heavner.
