- Relatives of Robert Cecil Lancaster, 51, Eckhart, identified him yesterday as the man fished out of the Potomac River at Millstone, four miles east of Hancock, Tuesday. The body is at the home of his sister, Mrs. Frank Ryan, Eckhart, where services will be conducted Saturday at 2:30 p.m. by Rev. Wilbur E. Grose, pastor of Eckhart Church. Interment will be in Eckhart Cemetery. His parents were the late John T. and Mary Lancaster. Surviving are three children, Mrs. Alma Roberts and Robert L. Lancaster, Baltimore, and Mrs. Caroline Griffitly, Barton; four stepchildren, Michael Delaney, Baltimore; Mrs. Loretta Riffey, Bridgewater, Va.; William Delaney, Detroit, and Eugene Delaney, Frostburg, and four grandchildren. He also leaves three other sisters, Mrs. Lulu Boettner, Miss Pearl Lancaster, and Mrs. Leona Whitfield, all of Eckhart, and two brothers, Wolford Lancaster, Akron, and Brooke Lancaster, Eckhart.
