- HYNDMAN — Mrs. Ruth (Logsdon) Berkheimer, 52, widow of Howard Berkheimer, of here, died early today at her home. She was a daughter of the late Frank and Emma (Burley) Logsdon, and was a member of the Methodist Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mary Williams, Baltimore; two sons, Frank Berkheimer and Merle Berkheimer. both at home; two brothers, Thomas Logsdon, Cumberland, and Tim Logsdon, Hyndman, and three sisters, Miss Esther Logsdon, Miss Mary Logsdon and Miss Delilah Logsdon, all of Hyndman. Services will be conducted Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Zeigler Funeral Home by Rev. T. E. Richardson. Burial will be in the Porter Cemetery. The Cumberland Evening Times, December 10, 1954
