  Notes	Ward Newcomer Coder, 75, of 3709 Washington Street, Hollywood, Fla., died yesterday at Latrobe (Pa.) Hospital, after an illness of four weeks. He was formerly of Ridgeley. A native of Mahaffey, Pa., he was a son of the late William and Emma (Newcomer) Coder. His wife, Viola K. (Logsdon) Coder, died in 1964. He was a retired Celanese Fibers Company employee and was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Ridgeley. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Richard Iles, Miami, Fla., and Mrs. Orville Clark, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and four grandchildren. The body will be returned to the Hafer Frost Mansion Funeral Home, Frostburg, where friends will be received tomorrow from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. A service will be conducted there Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev.
