- FROSTBURG - Mrs. Elizabeth May Eckhart, 81, of 81 West Main Street, died at her residence last night. A native of Eckhart, she was a daughter of the late Owen Logsdon and Otilla (Filsinger) Logsdon. Her husband, William E. Eckhart, died in 1973. She was a charter member of the Cumberland Daughters of the Nile and a member of the Frostburg Order of the Eastern Star (OES). Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Margaret V. Faulk, here; a brother, Samuel Logsdon, Ridgeley, W.Va.; a sister, Mrs. Raymond Blank, here, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received tomorrow at the Hafer Frost Mansion Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The OES will conduct a memorial service at 7:30 p m. today in the funeral home.
