- Mrs. Bertha M. Brown, 60, of 305 Greenway Avenue, died at Memorial Hospital yesterday evening shortly after being admitted. She was reported to have suffered an attack yesterday morning and afternoon. She was a daughter of Mrs. Mary Jane (Logsdon) Folk and the late William K. Folk. Mrs. Brown was a member of McKinley Chapter, Order of Eastern Star and the First Methodist Church. Surviving besides her mother are her husband, Angus L. Brown; two sons, Clarence R. Brown, Willis E. Brown, city; five sisters, Mrs. Annie Meyers, Eckhart; Mrs. Edna Raynor, Lonaconing; Mrs. Ada Lemmert, Mt. Savage; Mrs. Hannah Leatherman, Carlos; Mrs. Emma Izett, Mt. Savage; three brothers, John Folk, city; Charles Folk, Eckhart, and Roy Folk, Mt. Savage, and two grandchildren. The body is at the Hafer Funeral Home. Published in The Cumberland (Md.)
