  Notes	April 27 - Glissan F. Porter, 67, died yesterday morning after an illness of six months. He was born and reared at Mount Savage and had resided here for the past 18 years, having been employed by the City Water Department. Surviving are his widow, the former Miss Agnes Atkinson, of Lonaconing; two sons, James and John Porter, Keyser; two daughters, Mrs. Carrie Hosier, Cumberland, and Miss Edna Porter, Keyser; and nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow from his home, 105 D street, with Rev. John A. Wood, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Queen's Point Cemetery.
