Notes	Frostburg, Nov. 20 — Mrs. Amelia (Kirby) Rizer, 85, widow of George Henry Rizer, died last night at the home of her son, Howard Rizer, Mt. Savage, after a lingering illness. A daughter of the late Phillip and Sarah (Metz) Rizer, and a native of Mt. Savage, she was one of the community's oldest residents. Her father, an early settler in the section, was a wagon maker by trade, and known throughout the county. A member of Mt. Savage Methodist church, she was the oldest charter member of the Ladies' Aid Society of the church. Besides Howard, she leaves three sons, Richard T. Rizer, Frostburg, high school supervisor for Allegany county; George and Charles Rizer, Mt. Savage; and three brothers, George, William and Philip Kirby, Mt. Savage. She had 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The body will remain at the home of her son, Howard, with funeral services Wednesday afternoon from the Mt. Savage Methodist church. Rev.
