  Notes	Thomas J. DeVore, 87, retired farmer of near Ellerslie, died yesterday in Allegany County Infirmary. He was born April 23, 1864, a son of the late Daniel and Rachel DeVore. His wife, the former Miss Rachel Clites, died in 1940. Mr. DeVore held memberhip in Ellerslie Evangelical Church and Tonkaway Tribe No. 120, Improved Order of Red Men, Cumberland Survivors include four children, Mrs. Henry Lowery and Mrs. George Spellman, Ellerslie; Mrs. Walter Lowery and Harvey DeVore, both of Route 1, Hyndman, Pa., and 28 grandchildren. Rites will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. from the home of his daughter, Mrs. Henry Lowery, Ellerslie, by Rev. Charles Raley. Burial will take place in Porter Cemetery there.
