Mrs. Smeaks was the widow of Jacob Smeaks, deceased 26 years, and is survived by the following children: Mrs. Emma Wilhelm, of Buffalo Mills, Mrs. Ruth Swearman and Mrs. Susie Swearman and Mrs. Lyndman of Myersdale; Mrs. Annie Mason and Harry Smeaks of Hyndman, and William, at home; she also leaves three brothers: Benjamin, Wm. L., and Charles Logsdon, all of Hyndman. The Bedford Gazette, February 19, 1932 She was buried on 13 Feb 1932 in Hyndman Cemetery, Hyndman, Bedford Co., Pennsylvania.
