- FROSTBURG — Pansy G. Wilson, 89, of Vienna, Va., formerly of Frostburg, died Thursday, Sept. 22, 1994, at her residence. Born on June 4, 1905 in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Rhoda (Robeson) Garlitz. Mrs. Wilson was raised in Frostburg and moved to Vienna in the late 1950s. She was a charter member of the Fairfax (Va.) Assembly of God Church and formerly attended the Midlothian Assembly of God Church. Surviving are her husband of 69 years, Victor C. Wilson; one son, Delbert Wilson Sr., Orlando, Fla.; four daughters, Charlotte Folk, Frostburg; Wilma Phillips, DeWitt, Va.; Sandy Price and Vicki Butler, both of Fairfax; five brothers, Arvil Garlitz, Clarence Garlitz, Esco Garlitz and Raymond Garlitz, all of Frostburg; William Garlitz, Hagerstown; 23 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home. Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday at noon with the Rev. Dr. Earl V. Karl officiating.
