      "CECIL J. HOSLER, 49, SUCCUMBS SATURDAY"

      "Funeral services for Cecil Joseph Hosler, 49, Milmine farmer who died Saturday night at Mercy hospital in Urbana, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Bauman funeral home in Monticello. Rev. Fr. Andrew Dzuryo of Bement officiated, and burial was in Cerro Gordo cemetery."

      "Mr. Hosler had been a patient in the hospital for ten days with a heart ailment."

      "He was born March 22, 1897 in Monticello, son of William and Mary Hosler. He married Mary Willis of Monticello on Oct. 2, 1923. He was a veteran of World War I."

      "Surviving are his widow, his parents, two brothers, Charles of Monticello and Dale of Rossville, and four sisters, Mrs. Chester Hayes and Mrs. Don Hayes of Mansfield; Mrs. B. F. Schubert of Houghton, Mich., and Mrs. Wayne Catlin of Monticello."

      "CECIL HOSLER, 49 DIES SATURDAY IN MERCY HOSPITAL"

      "Cecil Joseph Hosler, 49, prominent Milmine farmer and World War I veteran, died at 10 p.m. Saturday at Mercy hospital, Urbana of a heart ailment. He had been a patient in the hospital for the past 10 days."

      "Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Bauman funeral home with Rev. Andrew J. Dzuryo, pastor of St. Philomenias' (sic) catholic church officiating. Burial was in the Cerro Gordo cemetery."

      "Mr. Hosler was born March 22, 1897 in Monticello, a son of William and Mary Hosler. He attended the Piatt County schools and graduated from the Monticello high school with the class of 1916. He served in World War one (sic). He was united in marriage on Oct. 2, 1923 to Mary Willis of Monticello. Mr. Hosler has been engaged in farming for several years."
