- Keyser, W. Va. – Otis L. Rogers, 66, died yesterday at his home, 492 South Main Street, after an illness of several years. A retired B & O employee, he was born at Burlington (W.Va.) a son of the late John B. and Carrie (Kackley) Rogers. Mr. Rogers was a member of Keyser Church of the Brethren. He is survived by his widow, Myrtle (Leatherman) Rogers; three children, Marvin Rogers, Pittsburg, Calif.; Mrs. Rosalie McKenzie and Mrs. Madeline Dye, both of here; three sisters, Mrs. Olive Stickley and Mrs. Grace Wade, both of Berkeley Springs, and Mrs. Olivia Fike, Eglon; six brothers, Ortensa, Sebring, Fla.; Garland, Winchester, Va.; Oswald, Old Field; Paul, Purgitsville; Gerald, Burlington, and Gratten Rogers, McMullen Highway; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The body will be at the Rogers Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today. Cumberland Evening Times, Saturday, May 16, 1959
