  Notes	FROSTBURG - James W. Rizer, 69, of here, died yesterday in Miners Hospital where he had been a patient three weeks. He had been in failing health for several years. Born in Frostburg, he was a son of the late William and Sarah (Williams) Rizer. He was a veteran of World War I and was a member of Frostburg Methodist Church. Surviving are his widow, Mary (Eisentrout) Rizer; two daughters, Mrs. Henry McKenzie, Borden, and Mrs. Marshall Caton Jr., Frostburg; one sister, Mrs. Joseph Paul, Mt. Savage, and seven grandchildren. The body is at the residence of Thomas Eisentrout, 66 West Mechanic Street. Services will be conducted Wednesday 2 p. m. at the residence by Rev. Robert W. Curent, pastor of First Methodist Church. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. Members of Farrady Post 24, American Legion, will serve as pallbearers and will conduct graveside military rites. The Cumberland Evening Times, April 9, 1962
