  Notes	FROSTBURG — Robert John “Kib” Hawkins, 75, of 19905 Woodland Road, SW, Frostburg, passed on peacefully with his family around him on Sunday, April 17, 2005, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland. He was deeply loved and will be sadly missed. Born Oct. 31, 1929, in Midland, a son of the late Richard Hawkins and Pearl (Graham) Hawkins and was preceded in death by a son, Keith J. Hawkins. Robert was of the Methodist faith and was an employee of Kelly Springfield Tire Co. where he worked for 38 years. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Marie (Miller) Hawkins; three sons, Robert L. Hawkins and wife Leah, Woodland, Randall S. Hawkins and wife Julie, Claysville, and David W. Hawkins and wife Mandy, LaVale; one daughter, Linda Kay Chipman and husband Bob, Grantsville; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, Forrest Hawkins, Cumberland. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Eichhorn McKenzie Funeral Home, Midland, on Monday, April 18, 2005, from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Bill Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Frostburg Memorial Park. The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff at Sacred Heart Hospital for all they did for our family.
