- FROSTBURG — Robert “Bob” Clayton Felker, 66, of 10 Powells Lane, Frostburg, died Monday, June 19, 2000, at his residence. Born Sept. 20, 1933, in Eckhart, he was the son of the late Frank and Grace (Lenhart) Felker. He also was preceded in death by eight brothers. Mr. Felker was a retired lab technician from the Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Company, and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Frostburg, and Farrady Post 24 American Legion. Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Jean (Wilhelm) Felker; two daughters, Mary Jean Bergmann, Dover, Dela., and Barbara Ann Harper and husband James, Cumberland; three grandchildren, Melissa Bergmann, Elizabeth Harper and Robert Harper; four sisters, Betty Myers, Eckhart, Gloria Kessler, Confluence, Pa., Grace McKenzie, Frostburg, and Ginger Baer, Frostburg; one brother, Charles Felker, Cumberland; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Tuesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Catholic Church on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Father William Moody as celebrant. Interment will be in the Frostburg Memorial Park. Military honors will be accorded at graveside by members of the Farrady Post 24 American Legion Honor Guard.
