Savage, Oct. 27 - George Lotz, 89, died suddenly here yesterday at the home of his sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Mc-Kenzie. Mr. Lotz was a native of Mt. Savage and spent his life in the community. He was a former employe of the Union Mining Company here but was injured at work 20 years ago and was unable to work since that time. He was a member of St. George's Episcopal church. Besides his sister, Mr. Lotz is survived by one brother, Henry Lotz, Mt. Savage. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 in St. George's church, with the Rev. Rudolph Gunkel officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
