  Notes	MEYERSDALE - Dale Francis McKenzie, 12-year-old son of Harold and Dorothy Irene (Mull) McKenzie, of here, died Saturday enroute to Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh. A native of Mt. Savage, the boy had been ill only several days, and was a patient in Meyersdale Community Hospital. Besides his parents he is survived by a brother, Robert V. McKenzie, at home; a sister, Judy Ann McKenzie, at home, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Mull, Wellersburg. A requiem mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 10 a. m. at St Mary's Catholic Church, Pocahontas, Pa., by Rev. Joseph M. OToole, pastor. Interment will be in Finzel Cemetery.
