- Frostburg, Jan. 6 — Mrs. Henrietta Crowe Murphy, 79, wife of William Murphy, 247 Welsh Hill, died at home this morning. A native of Garrett county, she had resided in this place for fifteen years. She and her husband celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary December 4, 1942. Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons, Quincy Murphy, Friendsville; Marion, Ernest and Ray Murphy, this place; four daughters, Mrs. Rella Fresh, New Germany; Mrs. Bertha Fike, North Braddock, Pa.; Mrs. Alvin Cook, and Mrs. Frank Keene, this place; one sister, Mrs. Annie Wilson, this place; and two brothers, Thomas Crowe, Finzel, and Ernest Crowe, Meyersdale, Pa.; and 21 grandchildren.
