  Notes	MOUNT SAVAGE - Eugene V. “Gene” Bridges, 62, died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 1991 at his residence. Born in Sunnyside, he was the son of the late Albert and Pearl (Diehl) Bridges. Mr. Bridges was a self-employed barber. He was an Army veteran and had been named to the Mount Savage Hall of Honor. He was a member of the Barrelville Presbyterian Church; Kemp Lodge 154, AF&AM; and the Barrelville, Sunnyside, andEvergreen Outdoor clubs. Survivors include his wife, Letha (Pugh) Bridges; one son, Eugene V. Bridges II, Mount Savage; three daughters, Patti B. Beal, Mount Savage; Donnagene Witt, Wellsburg, Pa.; Vickie Bridges, Corriganville; one sister, Blanche Burton, Baltimore; two brothers, Paul Bridges, Cresaptown; and Howard Bridges, Mount Savage; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home, Frostburg, Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Kemp Lodge will hold a Masonic memorial service at the funeral home Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home by the Rev. Karin G. Nurnberger. Interment will be in Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery, Flintstone, where military honors will be accorded by Old Rail Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Farrady Post 24, American Legion, Frostburg. Pallbearers will be Rod Moore, Kevin Witt, Sam DeVore, Mark Bridges, Russ Pugh, and Brian Morris.
