- KEYSER — Stanley Essen Hanna, 64, of 190 East Piedmont Street, was dead on arrival at Potomac Hospital this morning. Born in Frostburg, he was a son of the late Tally E. and Stella (Knapp) Hanna. A retired merchant, Mr. Hanna had been a manager of the Acme Store in Westenrport, and managed several stores in Keyser before his retirement in 1971. Mr. Hanna was a member of First United Methodist Church here, a member of Hiram Lodge 103 AF&AM of Westernport, and a life member of the Keyser Moose Lodge. He also was a member of the High Rock Saddle Club and served as judge at numerous horse shows. He was a well know auctioneer in the area. Surviving are his widow, Madge (Light) Hanna; one daughter, Miss Charlotte Kay Hanna; three brothers, James Hanna, Beryl; Rev. Tally Hanha, Fairmont, W. Va.; Homer Hanna, Detroit; two sisters, Mrs. Holmes Chapman, Piedmont; Miss Hilda Hanna, Westernport, and a grandson. The body is at the Boal Funeral Home where friends will be received from 7 to 9 p. m. tomorrow and Friday from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p. m. Services will be conducted in the funeral home Saturday at 11 a. m. with Rev. Ward Harvey, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Philos Cemetery.
