- Barbara Ann "Bobbie" was the daughter of Charles Henry and Mattie Leona "Sis" (Biggs) West. Bobbie had two brothers, one half brother, three half sisters, and two step brothers.
One half brother, Hyman West, and one step brother, Steve Lightfoot, preceded her in death.
She was survived by her husband and son.
Bobbie's mom died when she was only seventeen months old. Her grandmother and grandfather (Wisie and Lillie (Crowell) Biggs took her to raise.
At the time of her death due to cancer, Bobbie was a secretary for the United Way in New York. Bobbie's passion was working on Biggs' genealogy, but her love was her son.
