- Jackie was the daughter of John Vernon "Pete" and Ruby Jewell (Tatom) Biggs.
She was married to Curtis Daniel (Danny) Redding on February 5, 1963 in Galveston, Galveston Co, Texas. They they had one daughter, and later divorced on July 13, 1973.
Jackie had one sister and brother-in-law, Johnilee "Dump" (Biggs) and David Lee Osborn.
She worked for Warm Springs in Ottine, Texas after she graduated from Luling High School in 1956. She then moved to San Antonio, and worked for the San Antonio Transit Co.. From there she moved to Houston and worked for Travelers Insurance, Behring's Bearing Service, and Cunningham Bearing Co.. After leaving Cunningham Bearing she moved in with her parents, and took care of them until their deaths.
She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother to her six grandchildren
