- Henry Robert Stinson married Allie Ethel Myrick on Dec. 25, 1916 in Wylie, Texas by Rev Hanson, who was pastor of St. Paul Methodist Church. They moved into a house on the James F. Stinson place in Lucas, which was part of the 50 acres of land deeded to him by his parents. Other acreage was added and in 1922 Mr. and Mrs. Stinson built a new, modern (for the time) home where they spent the rest of their lives. They were parents of four children, one died in infancy.
