  Notes	Mrs. Frank L. Byrd – Mrs. Mary Ellen Byrd, 67, wife of Frank L. Byrd, Route 5, Pinto Lane, died last night in Allegany Hospital, where she had been a patient since Friday. A native of Keyser, W. Va., Mrs. McKenzie was a daughter of the late William Henry and Zipporah (McKenzie) Neff. She belonged to Keyser Methodist Church and Martha Washington Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Lonaconing. Surviving, besides her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. J. William Loar, Rawlings, and three grandchildren. The body is at the Hafer Funeral Home where rites will be conducted Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. by Rev. W.W. Patterson. Of LaVale Methodist Church and Rev. R.M. Crowe, pastor of Cresaptown Methodist Church. Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial park. Cumberland Evening Times, Monday, November 27, 1950
