- Richard J. McKenzie, one of the proprietors of the Star Dye Works, died at 2:30 o’clock Sunday morning at his home on Smith street, Cumberland, aged 30 years. He had been ill about a year from complications of diseases. Besides his father, he is survived by two brothers, Claude and Leo McKenzie, and two sisters, Marian and Josephine McKenzie. He was unmarried. His funeral took place Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock from SS Peter and Paul’s Church, with interment in the church cemetery. The Cumberland Alleganian, Thursday, August 11, 1910
