Preceded in death by parents, Ralph Sr. and Margaret Baer; and sister, Carol McKenzie. Survived by daughter, Wendy M. (James) Bauer, Gordo, Ala.; son, David L. (Donna) Hochard, Berlin; sister, Linda (Ralph) Arnold, Salisbury; brothers, Ralph (Wilda) Baer Jr., Carl (Deloris) Baer, both of Frostburg, Md.; and Robert (Ann) Baer, Elkins, W.Va.; and grandson, Eric Jay Bauer. A service will be held 12 p.m. Thursday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church with interment following in Memory Hill Gardens. Arrangements under the direction of Memory Chapel Funeral Home.
