Mrs. Anna Mary Lease, 80, of Lillian Drive, Cresaptown, died Saturday at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born in Cresaptown Dec. 1, 1906, she was the daughter of the late Albert James McKenzie and Alice Marie (Robison) McKenzie Clayton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel L. Lease, in 1976. Mrs. Lease was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Surviving are two sons, James L. Lease, Cresaptown; and Samuel E. Lease, Short Gap, W.Va.; two daughters, Marie A. Lease, Cresaptown; and Mrs. Eva Jean Goldsworthy, Cumberland; three sisters, Mrs. Helen Lease and Theresa McKenzie, both of Cresaptown; and Mrs. Margaret Clayton, Riverdale; two brothers, Thomas McKenzie and Clarence McKenzie, both of Cresaptown; four grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the George-Upchurch Funeral Home, Cumberland, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted there Monday at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Francis Roscetti. Interment will be in St. Ambrose Cemetery. A Christian wake service will be held at the funeral home Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Cumberland Sunday Times, July 12, 1987
