Notes	R. Calvin Ware 53, of 14714 Howard Street, Cresaptown, died Friday in Sacred Heart Hospital where he had been admitted Monday. He had been ill six months. A native of Clover Lick, W.Va., he was a son of the late Roy L. and Amber (Cole) Ware and was the owner and operator of Cresap Tavern in Cresaptown. He was a member of Cresaptown United Methodist Church, Cresaptown Aerie 2883, Fraternal Order of Eagles and a veteran of World War II. Besides his widow, Mrs. Wilma (Lease) Ware, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Linda R. Lewis, Fort Stewart, Ga.; Mrs. Kala D. Dawson, Wiley Ford, and Mrs. Robin G. Fadley, Cresaptown; three-sisters, Mrs. Penelope Miller, Potomac Park; Mrs. Betty Lou Jones, Cresaptown; and Mrs. Geraldine Dick, Fairmont, W.Va.; three brothers, William D. Ware, Cresaptown; Donald C. Ware, Amcelle Acres; Charles K. Ware, Cresaptown, and six grandchildren. Services will be conducted at the George Funeral Home today at 11 a.m. Rev. Harold McClay Jr. will officiate and interment will be in the Lease Cemetery, Cresaptown. Pallbearers, all nephews, will be Billie Smith Jr., Mark Jones, Victor Lease, Ruben Lease Jr., Chris Dick, Michael Lease, Charles Ware Jr. and Donald Ware Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Lawrence Strickland, Raymond Barton, Douglas Breedlove, James Skelly, Cecil Ward, Edward Ellis, Ralph Skelly and Leon Simmons.
