- CRESAPTOWN - James Edwood "Eddie" Kamauf, 54, of McKay Avenue, died Monday, Nov. 23, 1992 at Blue Beach, W.Va. Born June 24, 1938 in Cumberland, he was the son of Vivian E. (Parker) Kamauf, with whom he resided, and the late James Adam Kamauf, who died in 1992. Mr. Kamauf attended Cresaptown United Methodist Church. He was an avid sports fan and a Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Steeler fan. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include a sister, Mary Evelyn White, Micco, Fla.; and three brothers, Gary A. Kamauf, Hyndman, Pa.; David R. Kamauf and Kevin C. Kamauf, both of Cresaptown. Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, Cresaptown, on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home by the Rev. Harold R. McClay Jr. Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens. The Cumberland Evening Times, November 24, 1992.
