- Mrs. Carrie Jeannetta Chilcott, 83, of 10 Wood Street, Cresaptown, died yesterday in Memorial Hospital. A native of Cresaptown, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (McKenzie) Grant. She was the widow of Harmon (Scott) Chilcott who died July 26, 1969. Survivors are a son, James P. McCusker, Cresaptown; two brothers, Richard Grant, Cresaptown, and John Grant, Sarasota, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Daisy Darr, Frederick; Mrs. Bertha Stottlemeyer, Cresaptown; Mrs. Edna Stottlemeyer, city, and six grandchildren. The body is at the John J. Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, Braddock Road and Route 40, where services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ruth Cowgill of the Cresaptown Assembly of God Church officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park. The Cumberland Sunday Times, March 19, 1961.
